Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Feedl ("Feedl," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Feedl helps you connect TikTok accounts, create content, and schedule or publish posts. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The data controller for personal information processed through Feedl is the operator of the Feedl Service. For privacy requests, contact us at privacy@feedl.co.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity data. When you sign in with Google, we receive information from Google such as your Google account ID, name, email address, and profile photo, as permitted by your Google account settings and Google's policies.
TikTok connection data. When you connect a TikTok account, we receive identifiers and profile information made available by TikTok (for example open ID, username, display name, avatar) and OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf (access and refresh tokens, scopes, and expiry metadata).
Content and media. We store captions, titles, privacy and publishing settings, scheduling information, post status, and media files you upload (videos and images) so we can queue and publish them.
Usage and technical data. We may process session identifiers, cookies required for authentication and security, approximate timestamps of actions, error messages related to publishing, and basic server logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
Communications. If you contact support, we collect the information you send us so we can respond.
We do not intentionally collect special-category data, and we do not sell personal data.
3. How we use your information
We process personal data to:
- create and authenticate your Feedl account (Google sign-in);
- connect and manage TikTok accounts you authorize;
- compose, schedule, draft, publish, retry, or remove posts;
- display queues, calendars, and account status in the product;
- maintain sessions, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure;
- improve reliability (including diagnosing publish failures);
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK and similar laws)
Where required, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the Service you request (account access, scheduling, publishing);
- Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Service in ways that do not override your rights;
- Consent — where you connect third-party accounts or where consent is otherwise required;
- Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and similar technologies for Google OAuth state, TikTok OAuth state, and your Feedl session. These are required for sign-in and security. We do not use advertising cookies in the core product experience described here.
6. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Google — for authentication via Google OAuth. Google processes data under its own policies.
- TikTok — to connect accounts and publish content you submit, using TikTok APIs under TikTok's terms and policies.
- Service providers — hosting, infrastructure, or support vendors who process data on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations, if and when we use them.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users or the Service.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
7. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where Google, TikTok, or our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Retention
We retain account, connection, media, and post data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the Service. OAuth tokens are kept to maintain connected accounts and are refreshed or removed when you disconnect an account or delete data. Session records expire automatically. We may retain limited records longer when required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
9. Security
We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the Service, including access controls, session cookies, and careful handling of third-party tokens. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You are responsible for protecting access to devices and accounts you use with Feedl.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You can manage connected TikTok accounts in the product, sign out of Feedl, and contact us at privacy@feedl.co to request access or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
For Google account data, you may also review and revoke Feedl's access in your Google Account permissions. For TikTok, you may revoke access in TikTok's account settings.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Third-party services
Feedl integrates with Google and TikTok. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to read them before connecting accounts. Feedl is not responsible for third-party platforms' independent practices.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated in the product or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
