Terms of Use
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Feedl ("Feedl," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use Feedl
You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use Feedl on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Feedl provides tools to sign in, connect TikTok accounts you authorize, upload media, compose captions and settings, and schedule or publish content through TikTok's APIs, subject to platform rules and technical limits.
Features may change, be limited by third-party APIs, or be unavailable at times for maintenance, outages, or policy changes by Google, TikTok, or other providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every post will publish successfully.
3. Accounts and security
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
You may connect one or more TikTok accounts. You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You can disconnect accounts in the product or by revoking access in TikTok or Google settings.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit ("User Content"). You grant Feedl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely as needed to operate the Service and carry out your instructions (including scheduling and publishing to TikTok).
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for User Content and for publishing it to connected accounts, and that User Content does not infringe others' rights or violate law or platform rules.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service;
- bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures;
- scrape or misuse APIs beyond authorized product use;
- impersonate others or connect accounts without authorization;
- publish content that violates TikTok Community Guidelines, applicable advertising rules, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights;
- use the Service to spam, harass, or distribute prohibited content.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service or others.
6. Third-party platforms
Feedl depends on Google and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms and policies. Feedl is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or TikTok unless expressly stated. Changes, outages, audit status, permission limits, or enforcement by those platforms may affect Feedl features. We are not liable for third-party platform decisions, including content removal or account actions on TikTok.
7. Scheduling and publishing
Scheduled posts are best-effort based on the times you select and system availability. Publishing may fail due to invalid media, missing permissions, token expiry, TikTok API errors, or account restrictions (including sandbox or unaudited app limits). You are responsible for reviewing schedules, privacy settings, and outcomes.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and branding (excluding User Content), is owned by Feedl or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PUBLISHING WILL SUCCEED, THAT METRICS WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDL AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO FEEDL FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EURO (EUR 100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Feedl and its operators against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or platform partners, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise. Courts located in France will have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
